Your commission rate is set by our admin team when your host account is approved, and it's always visible in your dashboard before you publish a listing. It can be adjusted later, but it never changes retroactively on sales you've already made.
There's no manual withdrawal step. When a customer pays, Paystack automatically splits the transaction — our commission goes to us, and your share is settled directly to the bank account you verified during sign-up, on Paystack's standard settlement schedule.
No — individuals and businesses can both apply. You'll need a valid Kenyan bank account that we can verify your name against.
You'll see the reason in your host dashboard and can update your details and re-apply. We review every application manually to keep the platform trustworthy for buyers.
